PPR Male Threaded Coupling

PPR male threaded coupling also called PPR male adaptor or socket, this fitting has one end with BSP/NPT standard male thread for connecting metal threaded pipes, and a smooth end for fusion-welding to same-diameter unthreaded PPR pipes via a PPR welding machine.
Manufactured to German DIN standards, it comes in sizes from 20mm to 110mm, with a temperature rating up to 70°C and pressure rating up to 25 Bar (PN2.5 MPa). Made of non-toxic PPR and high-quality nickel-plated brass inserts, it features hygiene, long service life, rust resistance, and easy installation. Produced on German lines and inspected by CNAS-accredited labs, it suits hot/cold water supply and heating systems. OEM services and custom colors are available.

Product Description

PPR male threaded coupling is alternatively known as PPR male adaptor or male socket. As a high-performance PPR fitting, it is engineered with BSP/NPT standard male thread at one end for connection to metal threaded pipes, while the plain spigot end allows seamless fusion welding to plain PPR pipes of the same diameter using a professional PPR welding machine.

Manufactured in full compliance with German DIN standards, this versatile PPR fitting covers a complete size range from 20mm to 110mm. It delivers stable performance at a maximum working temperature of 70°C and a rated pressure of 25 Bar (PN2.5 MPa).

Fabricated from food-grade non-toxic PPR raw material and high-precision nickel-plated brass inserts, this PPR fitting features sanitary safety, exceptional corrosion resistance, extended service life, and convenient installation. Adopting advanced German production lines and strictly inspected by CNAS-accredited laboratories, it is perfectly suited for residential and commercial hot and cold water supply as well as central heating systems.
