Product Description

PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipe fittings are high-performance plumbing components designed for modern water supply and heating systems. Made of 100% virgin PPR raw material, our fittings feature a stable molecular structure, excellent toughness and outstanding anti-aging performance. They support PN2.5Mpa high pressure and high-temperature resistance, paired with strong corrosion resistance against water, weak acid and weak alkali. Non-toxic and food-grade safe, these accessories ensure clean water transportation, ideal for drinking water pipeline systems and free from the rust and scaling issues common with metal fittings.


We supply a full range of plumbing accessories, including elbows, tees, couplings, reducers, end caps, threaded fittings, unions, ball valves, stop cocks and check valves. All standard PPR accessories adopt hot-melt fusion welding to form integrated, leak-proof seamless joints. SOCKET FUSION JOINT FOR PPR PIPE SYSTEM

1. Cleaning
Clean the welding surface of the PPR pipe with alcohol.
Use alcohol to wipe the welding area of the PPR pipe.
Wipe the PPR pipe’s fusion surface clean using alcohol.		 2. Cutting the PPR Pipe
Measure and mark the proper insertion depth for the PPR pipe.
Determine and mark the correct depth for the given PPR pipe.
Mark the recommended insertion depth on the PPR pipe.		 3. Heating / Welding (common extra steps you may need)
Heat the pipe and fitting at the correct temperature.
Insert the pipe into the fitting and hold until cooled.
Allow the joint to cool naturally without movement.

Remarks:

→ The heating time for the PPR pipe should comply with the requirements of PPR products and be adjusted according to the working temperature. When the working temperature is below 5℃, the heating time should be extended by 50%.

→ When the heating is finished, quickly remove the pipe and fitting from the welding tools, and join them immediately without turning until the marked welding depth is covered by the bead of PPR from the fittings.

→ The joint elements have to be fixed during the specified assembly time; after the cooling period, the fusion joint is ready for use.
