PPR Female Threaded Coupling

PPR female threaded coupling also named PPR female adaptor or socket, this fitting has one end with BSP/NPT standard female thread for connecting metal threaded pipes, and a smooth end for fusion-welding to same-diameter unthreaded PPR pipes via a PPR welding machine.
Manufactured to German DIN standards, it comes in sizes from 20mm to 110mm, with a temperature resistance up to 70°C and pressure rating up to 25 Bar (PN2.5 MPa). Made of non-toxic PPR and premium nickel-plated brass inserts, it boasts hygiene, long service life, rust resistance, and easy installation. Produced on German production lines and inspected by CNAS-accredited labs, it is ideal for hot/cold water supply and heating systems. OEM services and custom colors are available.

Product Description

ZHSU PPR female threaded coupling is also known as PPR female adaptor or female socket. As a reliable PPR fitting, this component features BSP/NPT standard female thread at one end to link with metal threaded pipes, while the other plain end can be easily fusion-welded to matched unthreaded PPR pipes by using a professional PPR welding machine.

Manufactured in line with German DIN industrial standards, this practical PPR fitting covers a full size range from 20mm to 110mm. It supports a maximum working temperature of 70°C and comes with a pressure rating of 25 Bar, equivalent to PN2.5 MPa.

Crafted from non-toxic pure PPR raw material and high-quality nickel-plated brass inserts, the PPR fitting delivers excellent sanitation, rust-proof performance, long lifespan and simple installation. Adopting German production technology and strictly tested by CNAS accredited laboratories, it is perfectly suitable for residential and commercial hot and cold water supply as well as heating pipeline systems. Custom color options and professional OEM services are also provided to meet diverse market demands.
